All single item and large orders can be shipped worldwide to more than 200 countries.
Important Info:
Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not add taxes, VAT or any other hidden charges. For assistance or queries on these, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
For size under 70cm(28in), delivery is usually provided by DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex, EMS. The delivery time is 7-20 business days. Please note that depending on the different countries, the delivery providers and delivery time may varies.
For size over 70cm(28in), delivery will be provided by sea freight + trucking. The items will be crated. Once it reaches the destination country, the crate will be transferred by the shipping company and delivered by truck. The duration of the shippment can vary between 30-50 days.
4. Shipping Case
If you found that:
1) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it;
2) your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within a maximum of 3 days after receiving all your purchased items so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed.
5. Additional Information
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
While we strive to deliver your package within the indicated timeframe, please note that factors beyond our control may impact the actual delivery date. For the most reliable delivery information, refer to the tracking details provided with your order.

6. Packaging
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
7. Broken Products
If you reveived broken item, please contact our customer service. We will replace a new one for free or refund to you.
